I cant get ground turkey to 165 where doctors say its safe. its not pink and browned nicely. is it still safe to eat, i cant get it above 130. will this cause any illness or bacteria to enter the body?

It would be difficult to accurately measure the temperature of tiny bits of ground turkey. If browned and no longer pink anywhere, then it is cooked through and safe to condume. I think the 165 is more for larger cuts of turkey meat where there is an actual middle.
