If concentric left ventricle hypertrophy is caused by uncontrolled hypertension, effective blood pressure control with angiotensin- converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEi) or angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) can help the remodeling, i.e. reducing the concentric hypertrophy.
