To my knowledge , other than weight loss and a low sodium diet, there are no natural ways to treat left ventricular hypertrophy . The treatment must be directed at the cause and the most common cause is hypertension. It is important at this time to see a cardiologist and determine the exact cause of the left ventricular hypertrophy.
