Time will tell if a problem. By clean does she mean she has been tested for all STDs or what? Ask her again. And ask her to be tested for HIV and syphilis recently. Wear a condom from now on. As the answer to "have you been tested" can be a life and death matter for you I would ask yourself how good of a judge am I that a bar pickup tells the truth?

This scenario should not cause a problem unless you had fresh cuts in the area. So relax you should be OK. If still concerned get checked and tested.
