A member asked:

Endoscopy/biopsy. is this bad? gastroesophageal junctional mucosa with mild chronic inflammation - no goblet cell metaplasia or dysplasia identified - rare intraepithelial eosinophils within the squamous component, raising the possibility of reflux?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sounds like eosinophilic esophagitis.Would get a food allergy panel and follow results of avoidance. Prema M Jacob MD
