I find it odd that you would be given a steroid for a URI. That said, therapeutic steroid use can reduce your immune response to any vaccine for a month or more after use.

The flu shot and the booster are commonly given together with no ill effects and even sharing the same arm and bandaid. You will need to space the two shingles vaccines 4 months apart, but one dose could be given with other vaccines. Early on, COVID vaccine was given alone, to be able to assess side effects. Ideally patients would get vaccines before starting steroids. Not always possible.
