I would not. Steroids may block some of you immune responses to the booster. I would ask you own Dr as I do not have enough info to be able to help much. And most sinus problems are not helped by steroids which can block the immune response in you sinus as well. Try hearting pad over sinuses. Helps many very quickly.

Would NOT advise use of steroids, if not a critical problem, for at least 3 weeks following your vaccination. 5 days is far too early and could compromise immune benefits. Also, I too would not use steroids for a sinus infection even if vaccine were not in play. Best you talk to your doctor about all of this.

Is booster shot really needed for young people? T cells still have memory after 11 years of covid infection+vaccine. I don't think they need more than 2 shots and take more risks of vaccination. so why would give booster shots to all people??
