Memory issues could be secondary side effects to your anti-epileptic medications but might be indicative of onging subclinical cerebral electrical uncontrolled events. A neurologist is mandatory. Until this is fully evaluated and controlled, avoid driving, activities at heights, use of power equipment, and taking bath or swimming alone.
