I need advice on reclast infusion... my doctor just told me to google it after she showed me pictures of what it can do to your jaw.. i'm so confused it sounds horrible side effects..are there alternatives with less side effects so confused?

Osteonecrosis of the jaw is a relatively rare side effect of all antiresorptive medications and reclast is one of them. If you really need to have one of these medications and you are afraid of this side effect, you should see a dentist or oral surgeon and have your jaws checked to make sure your jaw bones are intact. If you are cleared, you can receive the drug. Again, it is a rare side effect.
