Those results means you have mild increase in lymphocyte count, i.e. lymphocytosis (not significantly high) and significantly low vitamin D level (mild to moderate vitamin D deficiency). For sure, you need to increase vitamin D level by foods, supplement and sun light exposure. Mild lymphocytosis has to be interpreted within the clinical context but it is unlikely significant to my opinion.
