No!: Vitamin D deficiency is uncommon and it has no specific symptoms in most cases.....may be bone pains can be one such manifestation min some cases.

No: No... that is quite unlikely. Persistent Swollen lymph nodes and fevers is concerning. You should see your general practitioner asap.
