I have slightly elevated liver enzymes. my alanine aminotransferase (alt/sgpt) is 43 u/l and my aspartate amino transf (ast/sgot) is 36. both are double what they were 6 months ago. i also have slightly high neutrophils % and slightly low lymphocytes?

Those enzymes vary a lot between tests, especially if you take any medication or just a small drink on the night before. Mildly high neutrophils and slightly low lymphocytes are inversely correlated and they are only important if your total white cell count is high, i.e. leukocytosis. Under a stressful situation or a bacterial infection, leukocytosis with high neutrophils are usually present.
