Get a follow-up: Expect these to be repeated iwth you off alcohol and any meds you don't truly need. There may be a hepatitis, iron overload, wilson's ; maybe autoimmue hepatitis workup in your future. You also list B12 ; vitamin d deficiency; i trust these are being managed ; the causes identified.
