I have pain in both of my hands for about one month now. blood test results for inflammatory arthritis came back absolutely normal. hand ultrasound also didn't show any damage/inflammation. what else could it be or it's definitely arthritis ?

Where you examined for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome with a Phalen's maneuver or Tinel's sign? An Electrophysiological [EP] TEST is useful but can sometimes give a false - negative. A less invasive tests are an option.

Rheu Arth appt nx month. PCP ordered RA test came less than 14. Autoimmune disease came out neg. I understand RA doc do more in depth blood tests for RA. Any chance they will come out positive? MRI on wrist show inflammation. Fell 5,6 times wrists?
