Hiv negative antibody/antigen test (indicated on test results) at 38 and 79 days. started feeling burning hands and feet and then it went away but sometimes feeling a weird sensation in feet when sitting. further blood tests came back normal. ideas?

Your negative HIV test is 100% conclusive. And it is not possible to have HIV symptoms without detectable antibody. What you're feeling is not from HIV. Keep working with your doctor if the symptoms continue or you remain concerned. Good luck.

"weird sensation in feet when sitting" might need to be investigated with the PCP and check for Diabetes and other forms of peripheral neuropathy among other. Vitamin deficiencies could also be contributory.
