Depends on how: If you lose 3-5 pounds you most likely won't suffer too much but it depends how you lost it whether it will damage you in the long term. If you were starving yourself, or ignoring your body, that would be an unhealthy habit to sustain your life. If you were ill and you just couldn't eat for a few days, then you will regain the weight and it won't have a long term affect.
