Your test results is virtually 100% conclusive (officially conclusive after 45 days, but for practical purposes is never takes more than 28-30 days). And your symptoms are not typical for new HIV, and they started much too late -- onset always within 2 weeks of exposure. You can move on with no worries about HIV.
