Hello, wondering if there is a solution to eliminating acne while taking vyvanse? medication or topical cream that has helped? i dont want to stop taking the only add pill that has worked, but i also have cystic acne from this medication?

The association of Lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse) with acneiform eruption has not been reported let alone cystic acne. As any other drugs, nonspecific rash can occur while on the same medication. Consider consulting a dermatologist for proper management of cystic acne.
