I have acne and blackheads everywhere on my body and i've tried creams and most acne treatments and they don't work. is there an otc pill i could take?

No OTC pill: I am going to assume that you have moderate to severe acne on the face and body and will assume you have used as directed topical treatments for at least 6-8 weeks at a time. If that is the case you will need to see a dermatiologist to consider oral medications starting with possibly oral antibiotics in combination with topical adapalene or tretinoin or consider oral isotretinoin treatment.
