When combo hiv test 4th generation is conclusive. i did it after 21 days and then after 42 days and then after 45 days and all nonreactive. some resource said it should be repeated after 3 months .. i'm really worry?

You have no cause for worry. Any source advising more than 6 weeks (or 45 days) misunderstands the test or wrongly is confused with other tests, not AgAb (4th generation) HIV blood tests. The only exception is when anti-HIV drugs are taken for post-exposure prophylaxis. If PEP fails, it can take up to 6 weeks after the last dose of drug.
