When combo hiv test 4th generation is conclusive. i did it after 21 days and then after 42 days and then after 45 days and all nonreactive. some resource said it should be repeated after 3 months .. i'm really worry?

You have no cause for worry. Any source advising more than 6 weeks (or 45 days) misunderstands the test or wrongly is confused with other tests, not AgAb (4th generation) HIV blood tests. The only exception is when anti-HIV drugs are taken for post-exposure prophylaxis. If PEP fails, it can take up to 6 weeks after the last dose of drug.

If you take an HIV RNA test 35 days post-exposure and a 4th generation combo test at 41 days post-exposure with both results being negative. (Both tests were done via vein collection). Would you consider this test to be conclusive?
I had exposure to HIV. I took a 4th generation combo test at 25 days after exposure; I also took an HIV-1 RNA PCR test 35 days after exposure, and it was negative. I took another 4th generation test at 41(negative). Are these results conclusive?
