I have read that the hiv 4th generation test is conclusive at 6 weeks to 45 days and anytime after, following a potential exposure. is this true? is a repeat test needed at 3 and 6 months like doctors and even hiv specialists have said?

Yes, that's true. Suggestions for testing any later are just hyper conservative and most HIV specialists do not recommend it.

Negligible hiv risk. Tested 26 days and 56 days post exposure with 4th gen duo test both non responsive. Are my results conclusive? My doc says yes.
