Gallbladder pain (biliary colic) typically occurs after a meal, pain is sharp and may radiate to the right shoulder and pain is usually associated with nausea/vomit. Heart burn is not typical for biliary colic. For a therapeutic diagnosis between stomach vs biliary tract pain, you can take Mylanta 2 tbsps before each meal and at bedtime. If pain improves in a day or two, stomach pain is likely.
