You probably have a condition called biliary dyskinesia, a functional disorder of the biliary tract especially the gallbladder with unknown etiology. The treatment of biliary dyskinesia is removal of the gallbladder, also called a cholecystectomy.

As has been mentioned, biliary dyskinesia is one possibility. I have also seen gall bladder sludge cause these symptoms with negative ultrasounds. . In cases like yours, with ongoing symptoms and discomfort, I ask the patient to be evaluated and advised by an abdominal surgeon.
