Phenazopyridine has no effect on HIV or Treponema pallidum (bacteria cause syphilis) so it should not affect the tests which are used to detect the antibodies of HIV infection or syphilis. You do not need to have them retested if you are asymptomatic.

Penazopridine is prescribed for burning in urine and discolors the urine reddish and will interfere with any test which relies on the color of urine. So either the pill has to be stopped for 48hrs before or a blood test has to be done. It will not interfere with any blood test- so they should be reliable.
