Have you been to Africa? You did not say. Could be one of those worms that will come out later. Or in Canada a botfly bite if you have. been around moose or reindeer.. I would have a Dermatologist look at it. Who knows what things do this in Canada. But Canada includes a lot of Geography and strange bites/spots would not recognize down here.
