I need help. i believe i have papules around and down my shaft and around head of penis. it sometimes itches in spots not on my shaft tho or tip. need help what is advice?

Some times these are ectopic sebaceous glands and not to worry about. Just don't pick at them. occasionally it could be penile papules. Also a benign condition needing no treatment. Keep area clean and you should be fine. Only if any other symptom develpos then you need to see a Urologist.

Suggest that you see a dermatologist for evaluation and possible treatment if necessary. Although these lesions seem to be harmless, it would be prudent to get examined to confirm just that.

They could be tiny hemangiomas (dilatation of blood vessels) which are totally harmless. But for precise diagnosis you have to be seen by a Urologist.
