A member asked:

How much milk should a diabetic drink.?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

There is no quick answer because milk is not what is causing problem with diabetes, it is more how the milk add calories that the body may not be handling well. It may be more to avoid whole milk to cut down on the caloric load. The limitation to the milk intake may have to do more with how the guts handle it; milk could cause bloating and fatting for some people.
