This is a serious injury for a dancer. You need to be on a program to stretch/strengthen the tendon and muscles. You require a regiment of Ice message followed my stretching. In evening, stretch then ice bag for 15 minutes. Good luck. You also might need a heel lift to take tension off tendon. But need in both shoes
