Pain in my buttock when sitting are lay on my back?

I assume you feel no lumps in the buttock or history of trauma there. At your age I would expect ischial bursitis as a cause. A physician or orthopedic surgeon can validate this diagnosis. Anti-inflammatory meds like advil or naproxen should help as well as avoiding pressure from hard surfaces on the buttock or any stress on the buttocks. Sit on a soft cushion while driving,etc..

If pain gets worse the most in the morning when you get up, you may suffer from piriformis syndrome. You check this link for more info about this condition. If it is consistent, you should see your doctor for help. https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/23495-piriformis-syndrome
