Kidney infection? culture on positive dip test (leukocytes) not sent culture. on nitrofuratoin, cefalexin & now co amoxiclav. intense pain / urgent pee-ing returns soon after finish. how do i get right treatment if all bloods/urine negative?

YOU need to get the correct diagnosis to get correct treatment.Your Body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes. Like when does it start/stop? Where does it go? What makes it better/worse? How long does it last? Medication helps/worsens? Share with your Drs and you all will figure it out.
