Hi, i just wanted to know if anyone has any idea what im fighting? wet cough, fever, chills, headache, post nasal drip, chest congestion, and fatigue. clinic said it wasnt covid or flu but, its stronger than a regular cold. no pneumonia?

You have an upper respiratory infection due to viral infection, covid-19 infection could not be ruled out if clinic only did rapid antigen test. Flu season has not come yet. Regardless of the type of virus, treatment is supportive only with good hydration and taking OTC medications such as acetaminophen (tylenol) for fever and body aching, cough syrup +/- steroid nasal inhaler for sinus symptoms.
