Fever up to 103.5, sore throat, dry cough, congestion, white post nasal drip, mild chest discomfort, headache, sweats and chills. Can it be flu?

Viral?: Since it is not the flu season yet (unless you live in the Southern hemisphere) , this is most likely a viral infection. However the temp of 103.5 is worrisome and thus one must rule out pneumonia. I think it is time to see your doctor.

Upper rep.infection: You probabely have a viral upper respiratory infection, which may be flu. You need to check with your doctor if you need any meds etc.
