Your platelet count appears normal and anxiety is not known to interfere with platelet count. However your anxiety might need to be addressed if interfering with daily activities.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your platelet count is normal. Wish you good health!
