Seeking second opinion, incidentally found out i have common bile duct stone but it is asymptomatic. had pain last year but that was more like from gas, no other symptoms and no jaundice. not sure since when the stone is here, do i need to remove it?

Yes, a stone in common bile duct, whether symptomatic or asymptomatic, should be removed because it may cause complication(s) later on such as bile duct obstruction, ascending cholangitis , and pancreatitis, etc.
