Good day, i have severe tummy pain and heartburn. it feels like my tummy is burning. i have been diagnosed with ibs about 4 years ago and dont know if that have something to do with it. but this time my upper legs also start to pain. ?

Both heartburn and IBS could cause pain and discomfort in the abdomen. Burning sensation is more often associated with heartburn. Usually these conditions are not associated with leg pain. It would be best to be evaluated by your physician.
