I took 1/3 cup phylum husk powder with 8 oz. water, blueberries and 1/2 banana. the recommended dose is 2 tsps. per 8 oz. liquid. it was inadvertent. 5g fiber to 2 tsps. now what?!

Fluids fluids : Drink plenty of fluids to prevent a worsening constipation. Do this over the next 2 to 3 days.

Pysillium Overdose?: Probably not an issue...Just make sure you have had plenty of water/liquids to handle this. Some folks have problems with allergies to this, but seldom do you see real problems due to excess...Though most common side effects are intestinal gas, feelings of abdominal fullness, mild abdominal cramps, minor bloating and nausea. Water & doctor: Drink plenty of water. If you develop vomiting and diarrhea, call your doctor, because your electrolytes (potassium, magnesium, calcium) could get out of balance and be dangerous.
