Pysillium Overdose?: Probably not an issue...Just make sure you have had plenty of water/liquids to handle this. Some folks have problems with allergies to this, but seldom do you see real problems due to excess...Though most common side effects are intestinal gas, feelings of abdominal fullness, mild abdominal cramps, minor bloating and nausea.
