I have what feels like a persistent obstruction about 2 inches below my sternum. ct scan showed nothing. it was temp. relived yesterday by a combination of triphala and mag. chloride, but this rarely happens. now, it is back again. wat could this be?

What do you mean by "persistent obstruction"? Does this feeling occur when you take a deep breath or when you swallow or eat? What is your body position at the time of this feeling? I am not sure the effectiveness of triphala and mag. chloride for that symptom.
