HIV is never transmitted via a contaminated environment. HIV is harder to transmit than you think: even if an HIV infected male ejaculates in the vagina, there is only one chance in a thousand you would become infected. Trivial superficial contact of the sort you describe here, with blood or any other body substance, is risk free. Don't worry about it! (Hope you're doing OK with hurricane Ian!)
