I have 3 stents one within the upper half of the left and one in the lower internal juggler vain and one left innominate vein ever since i have had really bad pain on the side of my neck, could any of this stints be causing my pain ?

Somewhat hard to say, but not uncommon. I’d recommend a follow-up visit with whomever placed your stents to be certain they have not clotted/stenosed nor migrated. Best to you, and certainly hope you have changed your diet and lifestyle to improve your cardiovascular health!
