By my lower left rib it looks bigger than the right one , could it be a roll , and i keep getting a weird feeling where my neck vein is , dialation?

Rib normal, neck ?: None of us are made completely symmetrically from side to side; often one lower rib sticks out more or is bigger than the other, especially if there has been a prior injury.
