I wouldn't lose any sleep over this exposure. Of course you should be aware of and protect baby from preventable exposures to excess sound, but I don't find what you describe as worrisome.

There will be many noises in your infants environment as she is growing up. Don't be concerned unless you are in a constant area of loud and constant noise. Have her hearing checked if signs of loss occur.

There is usually a hearing test performed prior to discharge from the nursery. If there was a loud noise, some reaction is expected e.g. turning towards the sound. If you have concerns, a repeat test may be ordered by your Pediatrician. Watch for signs of lack of response to noise
