Babbling?: Does the baby seem to respond to spoken language? Is the baby babbling, making noises, laughing out loud to different voices? If pediatrician feels babies milestones with regards to expressive and receptive language are normal and newborn hearing screen normal then those are good signs. It is possible you have a very good natured baby and the loud environment did not bother her.
