My ears have been popping and have felt clogged for a few days. it's not affecting my hearing much. what are possible causes?

It could be...: ...Nasal congestion, building of fluid behind the tympanic membrane. You can try taking an antihistamine over the counter or your doctor can prescribe you a nasal spray. Another cause to consider will be wax build up, but sounds more like congestion. Hope this helps.

Nasal spray?: I agree with the other reviewer except for the nasal spray. There is no evidence that a nasal spray would have any effect on eustachian tube blockage which is what this person has. If the hearing loss is minimal, this is most likely a viral infection. The popping sensation is simply air reaching the middle ear space when one swallows.
