Do colon cancer polyps cause constant blood in the stool or intermittently? Do polyps only bleed when they're ruptured from straining passing stool?
Had colonoscopy 5 years ago DX with internal hemorrhoids. Another scheduled Feb 25. Was constipted. Now have rectal pain,lump at anus, and today noticed blood streak on outside of stool. Could this be colon cancer or more likely hemorrhoids?
