Atelectasis is a word we use to describe areas of the lung that are not fully expanded. This often occurs when the person does not take in enough of a deep breath to meet the normal standard when the x-ray is taken. I don't consider it anything worth worrying about. The radiologist gets fussed at by other docs if they don't describe these normal variations.

This finding is not to worry about as they are common and have to do with ability to time properly a good inspiration effort and getting air on all areas of the lungs. Surveillance with your oncologist remains otherwise critical.
