I have a small white bump of skin inside both lobe piercing holes and i can take 20 mins trying to put earrings in due this. they are sore to touch and weep sometimes, abx didnt resolve the bump. how do i get rid of what could be small scar tissue?

I suggest you to wear earrings with non-allergenic metals such as platinum or pure gold/silver and leave them in places for weeks or months, clean the sites with hydrogen peroxide twice a day if there is redness or discharge. With the studs in place, the canals can be established and those bumps will be suppressed or eradicated. You should avoid the cheap earrings which often cause allergy.
