Raised scarring around belly button piercing. how do i make it heal better/get rid of the scar, it's not flush with the rest of my skin?

Keloid.: Some people get lumpy scars called keloids as their skin heals after any sort of trauma - such as a piercing. The best treatment is to remove the piercing jewelry, but you probably don't want to hear that. A dermatologist can inject the keloid with a steroid solution, and that will often decrease the lumpiness substantially.

These are usually: hypertrophic scars, not keloids, see dermatologist for treatment
