Starting from maybe a year ago, i had a small hard flesh colored bump appear on my perineal region, now there are two side by side. they cause zero pain but i dont like the appearance of them. im curious as to what it could be and how to remove?

It could be warts, lipoma, fibroma or such condition which are guesses. You need to be seen by a surgeon. treatment will depend on finding and will be explained to you. Good luck
