I was diagnosed with endometriosis and pcos. i have been having pelvic pain on the left side. white and pink clumpy discharge and have been nauseated. is this normal?

Neither of those conditions causes clumpy discharge. Unilateral pain is also odd. Please see PCP or OBGYN.
