I have randomly been bleeding from my mouth for a while now, i have no cuts or sores or bruises in my mouth. should i be worried?

This is somewhat concerning and I recommend a careful examination by an ENT specialist or oral surgeon. Are you noticing bleeding in other sites or black& blue marks not caused by trauma? If no oral pathology then you should have a complete blood count& differential cell count & platelet count and coagulation panel performed. Discuss with your MD.
